You may also visit here to understand why and how we collect, handle and use your personal data. We strive to limit the amount of personal data that we collect to those that are deemed necessary for your application. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The form will take around 10 minutes to complete. You will be asked to submit a photo to be printed on your alumni card and evidence (e.g. transcript, report card, student ID card) to prove your status as an alumnus, so please have them ready.

There are 4 parts to the application:

1. Personal information

   • You will be asked to enter your full name and upload a photo to be printed on your alumni card. You will also be asked to enter contact information so that we and the VSA Alumni Office can contact you regarding news and upcoming events.

2. Your VSA education

   • You will be asked to enter information about your year of entry to VSA (or Victoria Kindergarten) and your DP graduating year.

3. Your post-secondary education (only applicable if you pursue post-secondary education)

   • You will be asked to enter information of the institution and course you attended and are attending. The Academy may invite you to sharing sessions to share your experience after graduating from VSA with existing students.

4. Online services (optional)

   • You will be asked to enter your VSA student number if you would like access to our online services so that we can retrieve the Google account you used when you a student at VSA. For more information on our online services, please visit here.
