Arrangements for visiting purposes

Alumni members must:

    • Have an appointment with someone at VSA.

    • Notify the VSA Alumni Office (communications@vsa.edu.hk) at least 24 hours in advance, citing their alumni card number and VSA contact.

    • Carry your alumni card (physical or digital one).

Former students who are not alumni members will only be invited to visit the campus on designated ‘Meet The Teachers’ luncheons, to be tentatively held in December and June of each school year.

The arrangements have been made in light of the Safeguarding Policy implemented in international schools worldwide.

General notes

  • Upon arrival, visitors will be asked to complete a registration form that includes but not limited to your:

    • Name in full
    • Contact details (e.g. telephone number)
    • HKID number (first 5 digits including the first alphabet)
    • Visiting purpose
    • Estimated duration on campus
    • Symptoms such as fever, cough , shortness of breath, breathing difficult and sore throat
    • Travel history on and during the 14 days before arriving at Hong Kong

  • Upon arrival, visitors must obtain a visitor badge from G/F security which must be worn while on campus.

  • All visitors must be in appropriate clothing (must not wear VSA uniform or hoodies) while visiting the campus.

  • The school reserve rights to deny entry.

Previous campus visit policy

The Alumni Association has been in close discussion with the School in the past years and we are pleased to announced there is great progress of optimising the arrangements.

For information, the previous policy was:

  • Inform the Sec. Student Affairs Officer at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Once approved, you should come in during lunch or recess only unless accompanied by a teacher.

  • Only on Wednesdays and Fridays in the 3/F cafeteria during lunch time (1:10pm – 2:05pm) but may vary depending on school-based events.
